My work sits between business operations and software engineering. I map the process, work through the constraints, then build the integrations and controls that make the next step dependable. Python, n8n and Make are tools in that process, not the starting point.

Reconcile shipment records and payment events across systems that were previously checked by hand.
Automation engineering
- Cross-reference ShipStation data with order records and payment information.
- Investigate mismatched records and build audit-ready reporting into the reconciliation workflow.
- Trace and resolve a created-date versus ship-date API filter mismatch during client audits.
The supplied CV reports roughly 20 hours of monthly reconciliation reduced to near-zero in the earlier engagement. This is not a measurement of the later expanded logistics pipelines.
